Ogbono Grounded

Ogbono, also known as Apon, is derived from the seed of the African bush mango. The seed is dried and subsequently milled with crayfish to produce Ogbono soup powder.

Ingredients: Ogbono seeds are obtainable in two varieties: whole and ground. Whole ogbono comprises the seeds of the African Bush Mango, while ground ogbono is made by milling dried ogbono seeds with crayfish to make Ogbono soup powder.

Sizes: Ogbono is offered in two sizes: whole seeds come in packs of 150, and ground seeds are packed in 100g sachets.
